DepositA non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total expected cost of services is required in order to reserve your date and time. Your appointment is not held until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the total balance due on the day of the event.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation must be made 14 days prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the amount of services agreed upon in this contract. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
PaymentPayment can be made by Cash or Zelle (816-510-5535). The remaining balance is due in full on the day of services before work begins.
ServicesThe Artist agrees to provide professional makeup artistry services as outlined in this contract. The Artist reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is rude, disrespectful, or creates an unsafe working environment.
Allergies & Skin ConditionsThe Client is responsible for disclosing any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to services. The Artist will not be held liable for any adverse reactions that were not disclosed in advance.
PhotographyThe Client grants the Artist permission to photograph and use images of the completed makeup work for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise noted in writing.
GratuityPrices listed do not include gratuity. Gratuity is not required but is greatly appreciated.
